Access Design License plate holder and Mudguard - Honda CB650R 2019 /+ // CBR650R 20219 /+

It has been developed to keep the necessary functions to your vehicle, as a mudguard and the possibility of putting indicators and an L.E.D license plate lighting to European standards (lighting supplied in the kit).

The ultra-reinforced fixing is made of 5.mm thick steel, reinforced with folds and a reinforcement to stiffen the entire plate support against vibrations. It is placed on the axle of the swingarm wheel and takes the place of your aluminum chock which serves as tension for your chain.
The arm part is made of 5.mm thick aluminum.
The functionality of the wheel base is made of aluminum, thickness 3mm. It has been bent to fit your tire, this avoids splashing the passenger and also the driver.
The location allows you to put the license plate as well as the direction indicators and L.E.D approved lighting or the rear brake light.
The shutter is positioned in place of the original plate support, to avoid any infiltration of particles.
The electrical harness is provided to connect your turn signals as well as the immatriuclation plate lighting.
With some original indicator, you can mount them on the wheel plate holder, it will be necessary to make a second hole on the wheel level.
The entire wheel plate holder and the shutter are coated with a matt black epoxy paint, resistant to weathering and impact from stones.
All French and international license plates are adaptable on the wheel plate holder.

The pack includes:

• 1 aluminum wheel rim
• 1 aluminum arm
• 1 reinforced steel fixing. (Remove your aluminum shim which is used for chain tension. Take the original washer from the wheel axle. Turn the wheel axle over, the nut is on the right)
• 1 shutter
• 1 L.E.D approved lighting
• 12 heat-shrink crimp connectors (pliers) for connecting the license plate light and your turn signals
• 4 black M6x16.mm screws (wheel arch support)
• 3 FHC screws M6×20.mm + 3 nuts M6 + 3 washers Ø.6mm. (Used to fix the wheel hub and the arm on the reinforced fixing)
• 3 black covers for FHC countersunk head screws
• 4 neoprene nuts M5x17.mm + 4 TF Torx screws M5x16.mm + 4 black covers for M5 FHC screw head
• 4 cables of different colors of 1 meter each for the connection of the indicators
• 2 cables of different colors of 1 meter each for the connection of the L.E.D.
• 1 braided sheath of 1 meter for the passage of electric cables, supplied with quick couplings
