Purpose and Scope

These general terms govern the relationship between Moto-Parts Sàrl and the customer. They are part of every contract between Moto-Parts Sàrl and the customer.

Offers

The prices stated in our offers and order confirmations are generally binding. Significant errors and technical changes are reserved.

All orders must be placed through our online shop.

Delivery and Shipping Fees

Delivery time varies. We are dependent on our suppliers/manufacturers. An estimated timeframe can be provided upon email request.

Delivery delays do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation of the contract.

Shipping is at the customer’s own risk.

Moto-Parts Sàrl reserves the right to deliver only complete orders. Shipping fees include taxes for deliveries within Switzerland. For international deliveries, please check the online rates.

For shipments outside Switzerland, customs fees may be charged depending on the value of your order, since Switzerland is not part of the EU. Moto-Parts cannot be held responsible for these fees.

Prices/Payment/Retention of Title

Our prices are net in CHF, including VAT. Payment is made in advance online via Paypal, credit cards, Swissbilling or Twint.

Payment by invoice is only available for business customers.

No discounts are granted.

The delivered goods remain the property of Moto-Parts Sàrl until full payment is received.

Warranty

Moto-Parts Sàrl only supplies brand-new products of manufacturer quality. The company disclaims any liability and does not guarantee the achievement of a particular purpose or the use of a specific product. Customer claims are limited to the extent of the manufacturer's warranty.

Moto-Parts Sàrl accepts no liability for direct or indirect damages or financial losses caused by stock shortages or improper handling.

Moto-Parts Sàrl cannot be held responsible if an exhaust or any part is refused by the relevant automotive authority.

Failures and Complaints

In case of technical difficulties, it is recommended to read the user manuals provided by the manufacturer in written or digital form.

All complaints must be submitted in writing within 10 days.

If the customer detects a malfunction or defect, they must contact us before returning any goods. Once approved, the item must be returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Returns

A CHF 30.- restocking fee is charged.

Generally, the following items are not accepted for return:

- Items past the 10-day complaint period
- Items not purchased from Moto-Parts Sàrl
- Used or worn items
- Without or with damaged original packaging

Order Cancellation

Any order can be cancelled only if the request is made in writing.

Refund

Refunds are issued as a credit note.

The credit note is a discount code valid for your next order(s), valid for 1 year from the date of written refund request.

In case of a return without exchange, the restocking fee of CHF 30.- is deducted directly from the credit note.

Data Protection

Customer data is collected, processed and used in accordance with Swiss data protection law. Data is only shared within the Moto-Parts Sàrl group and never with third parties.

Jurisdiction

All obligations are subject to Swiss law. In case of dispute, the place of jurisdiction is Monthey.
