Available for the Aprilia RSV4 RR from 2015, Tuono 1100 from 2015 to 2022, and RSV4 1100 Factory from 2019 to 2022, this titanium radiator guard by R&G is both ultra-lightweight and extremely durable, thanks to its genuine titanium mesh design (ASTM B265 Grade 1) framed in a seamless aluminium surround.

This specific radiator guard is made from expanded titanium sheet (ASTM B265 Grade 1) and features a seamless aluminium frame that securely holds the mesh in place using existing mounting points or original fixings. The titanium is anodised to provide a visually stunning, long-lasting finish and – most importantly – to effectively protect your expensive and exposed radiator from impacts.

The titanium mesh is twice as strong as standard aluminium grilles, offering excellent protection against road debris such as stones, insects, rubber fragments, and more – whether on the road or on the track.

Currently used by teams in the British Superbike Championship (BSB) such as Riders BMW and RAF Reserves BSB Racing, as well as by teams competing in the Isle of Man TT and many other racing motorcycles worldwide!
