Ilmberger carbon Cam Belt Covers 1100 DI Horiz. - Ducati Hypermotard / Monster / Multistrada

The timing belt cover in carbon for the Ducati 1100 engines with dual ignition replaces the original component using the original mounting points. The focus is on weight savings (usually saving about 70% compared to the original component) and higher rigidity. The carbon part was manufactured completely from prepreg (see FAQ) material in an autoclave according to the latest guidelines and in the next step, as is customary for us, coated with a clear plastic coating to protect against environmental influences.
This plastic coating surpasses the otherwise usual clear coating in protective effect, scratch resistance and durability enormously. But the coating not only scores technically, it also clearly emphasizes the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure once again.
