A first layer of aerated foam traps dust, sand and dirt.
The second layer of foam is denser and stops the finest particles while allowing the air flow to pass through.
Third layer is flame retardant and allows the original flashback arrestor to be removed
Specially developed for Twin Air filters, the adhesive that holds the foam pieces together is resistant to various solvents and petrol.
The Twin Air filters are significantly smaller than the original elements in order to increase the available volume in the airbox and thus promote air circulation.
The unique "breathing seal" design ensures maximum contact area with the filter housing.
The bonding of the two foam shells together eliminates the risk of dust and dirt getting trapped between the two layers.
